A respected and growing law firm in New Hampshire is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join its established practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to work on a broad range of sophisticated real estate matters while building a long-term career within a collaborative and highly regarded firm.

Attorneys within the practice benefit from hands-on experience, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to work on complex commercial and residential real estate transactions alongside an experienced legal team.

Position Highlights

• Handle a variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions from inception through closing
• Draft and review purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and related contracts
• Conduct title review, due diligence, and transactional analysis
• Advise clients on real estate development, acquisitions, financing, and property matters
• Work directly with developers, lenders, business owners, and individual clients
• Collaborate with an established and supportive legal team in a fast-paced environment
• Opportunity for long-term growth and advancement within a respected firm

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of real estate law experience preferred
• Licensed and in good standing with the New Hampshire Bar
• Additional New England bar admissions are a plus
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and transactional skills
• Experience handling commercial and residential real estate matters preferred
• Ability to independently manage files while maintaining strong client relationships
• Portable book of business is welcomed, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000–$130,000+ depending on experience and credentials
• Additional compensation consideration available for attorneys with significant transactional experience or an established client base
