Job Description

A community bank in Lander is confidentially hiring a Commercial Lender to grow commercial banking across Fremont County and central Wyoming. You'll develop new relationships, underwrite and structure credit, close loans, and service a commercial portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Build new business relationships through outreach, referrals, and networking
• Understand client needs and recommend credit and deposit options
• Analyze creditworthiness and structure commercial loans
• Write loan memos and guide documents through closing
• Open accounts and cross-sell treasury management services
• Grow the portfolio while maintaining sound credit quality

Qualifications:

• Finance, Business, or Accounting degree preferred
• Experience in commercial or business banking
• Comfortable presenting loan proposals
• Hands-on underwriting and credit analysis experience
• Organized and able to handle multiple deals
