We are seeking an experienced Project Executive in the Kansas City area to provide leadership and oversight for data center and mission-critical commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for guiding project teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial construction, with direct experience delivering data centers or other mission-critical facilities, and is comfortable leading large, MEP-intensive projects.
Provide executive oversight for mission-critical commercial projects
Lead and mentor project management teams
Serve as a senior point of contact for owners and design partners
Oversee budgets, forecasting, risk, and project performance
Support preconstruction, constructability, and execution planning
Ensure quality, safety, and contractual compliance
15+ years of commercial construction experience
Proven data center or mission-critical project delivery background
Strong understanding of MEP coordination and complex building systems
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
