A well-established farm operation in Southwest Pennsylvania is seeking a dependable Farm Hand to join the team in a dynamic, family-oriented environment. If you’re a hard worker who enjoys getting your hands dirty and takes pride in supporting daily farm tasks, this opportunity is for you.
Farm Hand Key Responsibilities:
Support general farm activities, including planting, cultivating, harvesting, and livestock care
Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Assist with minor repairs and maintenance of farm structures and tools
Collaborate with other team members to ensure farm goals are met
Qualifications:
Prior experience in agriculture or a strong knowledge of farming operations
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to handle physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork
Reliable transportation to and from the farm
