Real Estate Title Processor

Do you love keeping real estate deals moving and making sure every detail is buttoned up before closing day? An established firm is looking for a Real Estate Title Processor who can confidently manage files from start to finish and help keep transactions running smoothly behind the scenes.

If you’ve worked with loan closings, settlement processing, and enjoy handling complex commercial files, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage real estate closing files from opening to post-closing
• Prepare and review closing documents and settlement statements
• Coordinate with lenders, agents, attorneys, buyers, and sellers to keep deals on track
• Handle deadlines, solve problems, and ensure every transaction closes accurately
• Support commercial real estate transactions with confidence and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:

• Loan closing and settlement processing experience is a must
• Real estate closing processing background preferred
• Commercial file experience is a huge plus
• Some title experience preferred
• Someone organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple files without missing a beat
