A respected and well-established law firm in New Hampshire is seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to work with a sophisticated client base while building a long-term career within a collaborative and highly regarded firm environment.

Position Highlights

  • Advise clients on estate planning, trust administration, probate, and wealth preservation strategies
  • Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents
  • Assist clients with probate and trust administration matters
  • Work closely with individuals, families, fiduciaries, and business owners on complex planning needs
  • Collaborate with a respected legal team in a professional and relationship-driven environment
  • Opportunity for long-term growth and advancement within an established firm

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of trusts and estates experience preferred
  • Licensed and in good standing with the New Hampshire Bar
  • Additional New England bar admissions are a plus
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and client communication skills
  • Experience with estate planning, probate, and trust administration preferred
  • Ability to independently manage matters while maintaining exceptional client service
  • Portable book of business is welcomed, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000–$130,000+ depending on experience and credentials
  • Additional compensation consideration available for attorneys with an established client base or advanced trusts and estates experience
