About the Opportunity
A respected plaintiff’s firm is looking to add an experienced Associate Attorney to its growing personal injury practice. This role is ideal for an attorney with a strong background in single-event litigation who thrives in a client-focused, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, including car accidents and premises liability matters.
Manage cases from intake through settlement or trial.
Draft pleadings, conduct discovery, and represent clients in depositions, mediations, and hearings.
Work closely with clients to keep them informed and supported throughout their cases.
What We’re Looking For
Licensed attorney with 5–8 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
Strong litigation and negotiation skills with a proven track record of handling cases independently.
Excellent communication, organizational, and client-relations skills.
Must be licensed and in good standing in Texas; remote candidates are welcome.
