Job Summary:                     

Our client is local to Madison and is a full-service design firm providing innovative design solutions for healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and medical office buildings. Their growing firm offers an engaging and collaborative environment with the opportunity to work on impactful, gratifying, and projects of all sizes and types across the region. Not only do they work hard to provide the highest level of service to their clients, they also believe in a positive work culture, camaraderie, and having a lot of fun along the way! 

Healthcare Market Leader Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture preferred.
• Demonstrated success in leadng healthcare projects and teams.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals.

Healthcare Market Leader Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and management necessary for the continuing development of the healthcare studio.
• Direct and coordinate project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
• Work closely with Business Development, Marketing and Disciplines to effectively market their services.
• Be actively involved in projects through all phases, from initial client contacts through marketing pursuits, sales efforts, contract negotiations, etc.
• Participation in national practice forums, and presentations at regional and national conferences.
