Overview

We are partnering with a reputable and growing general contractor seeking a Senior Project Manager with diverse commercial project experience. This individual will play a key leadership role in managing complex projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery in alignment with client expectations, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously from inception to completion
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall financial performance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and key stakeholders
• Direct and mentor project teams including Project Managers, Engineers, and Superintendents
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and contract administration
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and company procedures
• Drive project planning efforts including scheduling, logistics, and risk management
• Provide regular reporting on project status, financials, and progress to leadership

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Proven track record managing large-scale and/or complex projects
• Experience across a diverse portfolio (e.g., healthcare, education, hospitality, mixed-use, industrial, or retail)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project, etc.)
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
