Accounting Manager – Logistics Industry Take charge of the numbers that drive success. Our growing logistics company is looking for a skilled Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day financial operations, keep cash flow running smoothly, and improve processes that impact every part of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Lead daily accounting functions including payables, receivables, and settlements
Manage invoice processing through platforms like TriumphPay (or similar)
Oversee vendor payments, ACH transactions, and weekly settlements
Maintain accurate records for tax filings, 1099s, and compliance requirements
Drive the month-end close process, ensuring reconciliations and reports are complete and on time
Partner with internal teams to streamline financial workflows and improve efficiency
Monitor collections and resolve outstanding receivables
What We Need from You
Proven accounting experience in a logistics, freight, or transportation setting
Strong understanding of AP/AR workflows, reporting, and collections
Experience with TriumphPay or similar payment platforms (preferred)
Proficiency in managing settlements, ACH, and Positive Pay processes
Ability to prioritize and keep multiple tasks moving in a fast-paced environment
Sharp attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and problem-solving mindset
