Insurance Defense Attorney (3+ Yrs) – San Antonio – $110K–$170K + Bonus

Insurance defense attorneys: $110K–$170K plus bonus, profit sharing, and a high-performing trial team.

About the Role

Our recruiting team is working directly with a respected litigation firm with a strong reputation in personal injury, product liability, trucking, commercial, and construction defense that is adding an Insurance Defense Attorney in the San Antonio area. You'll litigate cases from inception through trial and mediation.

What You'll Do

• Litigate cases from inception through resolution, including trial and mediation
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses
• Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and coordinate with experts
• Conduct legal research and give clients strategic recommendations
• Work closely with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams

What You Bring

• J.D. and active law license in good standing
• 3+ years of insurance defense litigation
• Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills
• Ability to run a busy docket independently
