We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Loan Officer to join a growing, relationship-focused community bank. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lender who enjoys building lasting client relationships, generating new business, and making a meaningful impact in their local market.
What We're Looking For:
3–5+ years of lending experience in consumer, residential real estate, small business, or commercial lending.
Proven ability to generate new loans, grow deposits, and develop lasting customer relationships.
Established local network, strong referral sources, and a history of successful business development.
Experience originating, structuring, and closing loans while maintaining strong credit quality.
Ability to analyze tax returns, spread financial statements, evaluate cash flow, and assess creditworthiness.
Strong understanding of loan underwriting, documentation, and lending regulations.
Experience managing an existing loan portfolio while identifying new lending opportunities.
Active involvement in the local business community with strong relationship-building skills.
