Our highly regarded Utah law firm is seeking an emerging Attorney to join our corporate group. We are in search of a candidate who has a solid understanding of corporate/transactional law, and a desire to further their career. If you are an associate attorney looking for the opportunity to manage your own caseload and have at least four years corporate/transactional experience, we encourage you to apply!

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills while maintaining a client-focused approach to their cases. As an integral member of our corporate team, you will have the opportunity to manage all aspects of corporate law in a broad spectrum of matters. The attorney for this position should be able to manage their own cases. But our partners are always available for guidance and mentorship.

Qualifications:

  • 5 -10 years of experience in corporate law, M&A, and transactional matters.
  • Strong understanding of business law and principles
  • Proficiency in legal research, drafting agreements, and transactional documents
  • Proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
