🔥 Now Hiring: Outside Sales – Fire Alarm / Special Hazards 🔥 💰 $60K–$80K Base + Uncapped Commission

We are seeking a high-level Fire Alarm / Special Hazards Sales Specialist with a strong technical background who can confidently quote, sell, and close complex projects.

This is not entry-level sales — this role requires deep industry knowledge and the ability to handle detailed repair proposals, system retrofits, and occasional new installations.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

📞 Develop and maintain relationships with commercial & industrial clients 📊 Accurately quote complex fire alarm repairs and retrofits 🛠 Sell special hazard systems and advanced detection solutions 📐 Review plans, specs, and field conditions to build detailed proposals 💰 Close high-margin service and project work 🤝 Collaborate with operations, technicians, and project managers 📈 Drive revenue growth within your assigned territory

What We’re Looking For

🔥 8+ years of Fire Alarm / Special Hazards industry experience 📘 Strong technical understanding of fire alarm systems and code compliance 💼 Proven track record closing repair, retrofit, and installation projects 🧠 Ability to build accurate, profitable proposals 🗣 Strong communication and negotiation skills 🎯 Self-motivated hunter with consultative sales approach

💥 Compensation & Benefits
