We have been retained by a long-standing, prominent Boston law firm to search for a Civil Litigation Attorney.

Overview

This Civil Litigation Attorney will work closely with four litigation attorneys who represent businesses and individuals in a wide range of litigation matters in state and federal courts nationwide including complex business matters, employment, bankruptcy, commercial, construction, intellectual property, real estate and professional liability litigation. Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Massachusetts and in good standing.
• 4 -7 years of civil litigation experience
• Experience in complex commercial litigation, employment litigation and bankruptcy litigation.
• Trial Experience: Not mandatory but some 2nd chair experience would be preferred.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Salary: Competitive salary with Bonus.

Location: Boston, MA. Hybrid – 3 days in office/2 days remote.
