Mechanical Designer (OEM / Conveyors)

Neenah, WI | Full-Time

If you are a Mechanical Designer tired of doing the same repetitive work—and want to actually see what you design come to life—this is worth a look.

We are working with a growing OEM in the Neenah area that builds custom conveyor and material handling systems. Every project is different, and your work directly impacts real production lines.

 What You will Be Doing

• Designing custom conveyor systems and mechanical equipment
• Creating drawings and BOMs used on the shop floor.
• Collaborating across teams to solve real production challenges
• Occasionally getting into the field to see projects firsthand

 What They Are Looking For

• OEM design experience (conveyors = big plus)
• AutoCAD + 3D CAD (Inventor, SolidWorks, etc.)
• Someone who shows up, takes ownership, and cares about their work.
