Responsibilities:
– Manage HVAC, plumbing, and piping projects from pre-construction to close-out, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule goals are met.
– Review drawings, submittals, and coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and clients.
– Lead and mentor project teams while maintaining compliance with safety standards.
– Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and contract documents.
– Identify and resolve project challenges proactively while building strong stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications:
– 5+ years of mechanical contracting project management experience (HVAC, plumbing, piping).
– Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
– Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts effectively.
– Knowledge of shop drawings, submittals, and construction safety best practices.
– Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
