Employee Benefits Account Executive (EBAE) 

Location: Remote (Worcester County, MA or nearby preferred) 

Schedule: Flexible during business hours for in-person client meetings up to 3 days a week during busy seasons at their place of business in Worcester County, MA. 

Compensation: Commensurate with experience including bonus, leadership opportunities available for exceptional candidates 

License Required: Massachusetts Life & Health Insurance License

What You’ll Do 

As an EBAE, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of small to medium-sized group clients, many of which are municipalities. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of client service — from onboarding to renewal — ensuring satisfaction, retention, and strategic guidance. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and service group benefits accounts (no sales required) 

  • Lead contract negotiations and renewal discussions 

  • Explain rate changes with clarity and authority, emphasizing value 

  • Coordinate with producers on new business and client meetings 

  • Schedule meetings flexibly based on client location and convenience 

  • Maintain strong relationships and ensure high retention rates
