Job Description

We are seeking a Grain and Agronomy Operations Associate to play a key role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of grain and agronomy processes within the facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Grain and Agronomy Operations Associate Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle grain operations, including filling, reclaiming, and transferring.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, restock supplies, and place orders as needed.
  • Climb bins and legs for maintenance, inspections, and inventory verification.
  • Process purchase orders, verify deliveries, and report defective items.
  • Enter inventory data into control systems and process invoices for recordkeeping.
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety policies.
  • Address and resolve shipping or receiving issues as needed.
  • Comply with government regulations and company safety standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Grain and Agronomy Operations Associate Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of grain or agronomy experience preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in inventory control systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed
