Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing projects from preconstruction through completion (APM)
  • Lead and coordinate projects from planning through closeout (PM)
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor management
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, precision, and innovation

Qualifications:

  • Assistant Project Manager: 2–4 years of experience in commercial construction (project support, coordination, or junior PM role)
  • Project Manager: 4–7 years of experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Commitment to delivering projects at the highest standards of quality and safety
