Are you an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal looking for your next career opportunity?
We are working with a Houston-area law firm seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Personal Injury Paralegal to join its team.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working directly with clients, thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment, and takes pride in helping injured individuals navigate the legal process.
Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement and litigation.
Draft legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests, responses, and correspondence.
Coordinate medical records, billing records, and supporting documentation.
Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and expert witnesses.
Assist attorneys with depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation.
Maintain organized case files, calendars, and critical deadlines.
Prepare demand packages and assist with settlement documentation.
Support attorneys throughout the litigation process.
Previous experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal, preferably on the plaintiff side.
Strong knowledge of Texas personal injury litigation procedures.
Experience with case management, discovery, and trial preparation.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently.
Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail and a client-focused mindset.
