One of my top clients, a commercial contractor in the OKC area, is looking to add a Superintendent to their team. This role runs day-to-day field operations on commercial projects. I am not sure what your current situation is, but if this sounds like your background I'd like to talk.
Responsibilities:
-Run daily jobsite operations from start to closeout
-Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and deliveries
-Keep the site safe, clean and on schedule
-Hold field meetings and keep daily reports up to date
-Work closely with the Project Manager on the schedule and any issues
Requirements:
-5+ years as a Superintendent on commercial projects
-Strong knowledge of building methods and sequencing
-Comfortable with scheduling software and daily reporting
-OSHA 30 preferred
