A regional Agricultural company is searching for an Assistant Plant Manager! You will be the driving force behind meeting and exceeding production goals. You’ll work closely with the Plant Manager to ensure smooth operations, timely output, and high-quality standards across the facility. This hands-on leadership role requires strong organizational skills, a commitment to safety, and a passion for optimizing manufacturing processes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day production and warehouse activities

  • Supervise and mentor a team of production, quality, and maintenance employees

  • Ensure compliance with food/feed safety standards and company policies

  • Oversee inventory management, scheduling, and resource allocation

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Operations experience and leadership skills - preferably in ag, feed or food related production

  • Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

 

What We Offer:

  • Salary of $62,000-$72,000 per year
