A leading national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Associate for its Denver office. This opportunity is well suited for an attorney with sophisticated law-firm training who wants broader transactional responsibility without sacrificing the complexity or resources of a national practice.

The Opportunity

  • Structure transactions and negotiate term sheets
  • Handle diligence and address title and survey issues
  • Draft and negotiate transaction documents
  • Manage approvals, closings, and post-closing agreements
  • Work across acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, development, and related matters
  • Help translate legal issues into practical business decisions

Qualifications

  • Substantive real estate transactional experience
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, research, and writing skills
  • Experience with diligence, title, survey, and closing matters
  • Collaborative approach and ability to manage competing priorities
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in Colorado

Compensation

$210,000–$245,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
