Are you an experienced Defense-Side Litigation Attorney seeking your next big opportunity? A top-tier law firm in San Antonio is actively looking to add a skilled Defense-Side Litigation Attorney to its growing litigation team.
This is a great role for a Defense-Side Litigation Attorney who enjoys fast-paced, complex litigation. The firm handles a wide variety of matters including personal injury defense, premises liability, product liability, and insurance subrogation.
You’ll be responsible for managing cases from inception through trial, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, taking depositions, and appearing in court. The right Defense-Side Litigation Attorney will work directly with clients and insurance carriers to provide strategic legal counsel and effective representation.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Defense-Side Litigation Attorney
Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
Excellent legal writing, case management, and courtroom skills
Ability to handle a busy caseload independently
What’s Offered:
Competitive salary between $110,000 and $175,000
