Mechanical Project Manager Opportunity Available - HVAC/R, Sheet Metal, Plumbing Contractor

As a Project Manager, you'll oversee and manage all phases of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage construction phases while communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Maintain project documentation and generate progress reports for management and clients.
  • Facilitate project closeouts and final inspections.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in mechanical construction project management.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of industrial/process and HVAC systems and construction processes.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management and scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
