A growing and highly active plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking a Trial Attorney with 4–8 years of experience handling complex civil litigation matters. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated litigator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys courtroom advocacy, and wants meaningful responsibility on substantial cases.

The firm is experiencing significant case growth and is looking to add an attorney who can confidently manage litigation responsibilities from intake through resolution or trial.

Practice Areas Include:

• Plaintiff personal injury litigation
• Construction litigation
• Defamation matters
• Environmental/toxic exposure claims
• Complex mass tort and catastrophic injury matters

Responsibilities:

• Handle active litigation caseloads from inception through trial
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Attend mediations, hearings, and court appearances
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Prepare cases for trial and assist with courtroom strategy
• Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

Qualifications:

• 4–8 years of litigation experience
• Prior courtroom experience required
• Experience taking and defending depositions
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Ability to independently manage cases in a high-volume environment
• Trial experience or meaningful trial preparation experience preferred
