About the Opportunity: Join one of the Southeast’s most respected regional public accounting firms, headquartered in Nashville, TN. We are seeking a highly motivated Tax Manager to join our dynamic team in a hybrid capacity from our Nashville office. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and review complex tax engagements for individuals, partnerships, and corporations

  • Lead and mentor tax staff; support their growth and development

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships

  • Identify planning opportunities and provide strategic tax advice

  • Stay current with tax law changes and communicate impacts to clients and the team

  • Collaborate with firm leadership on client service, internal process improvements, and business development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required

  • Active CPA license required

  • Minimum 3 years of recent public accounting experience

  • Prior management or supervisory experience preferred

  • Strong technical tax skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and client service skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a hybrid environment
