Join a Premier Aesthetic & Dermatology Practice
An established, physician-led aesthetic practice in Burbank, California is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in medical dermatology and aesthetic medicine. This is an exceptional opportunity for a provider who can confidently bridge the gap between treating common skin conditions and delivering advanced cosmetic procedures.
The ideal candidate is ready to step into an established patient panel and practice independently from day one. This role requires an experienced provider who is comfortable evaluating dermatologic concerns, developing treatment plans, and performing advanced aesthetic procedures without extensive training.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat common dermatologic conditions including acne, rosacea, melasma, sun damage, and other skin concerns.
- Develop individualized treatment plans using medical-grade skincare, prescription therapies, laser treatments, and aesthetic procedures.
- Perform advanced laser treatments for acne, rosacea, pigmentation, resurfacing, vascular lesions, and skin rejuvenation.
- Administer Botox®, neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments with precision and artistry.
- Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, and long-term maintenance plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure exceptional patient care.
- Collaborate with the physician team to deliver comprehensive cosmetic and skin health solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in California (or eligible for licensure).
- Extensive experience in both medical dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
- Advanced expertise with cosmetic laser platforms and energy-based devices.
- Strong understanding of laser selection and treatment protocols for acne, rosacea, pigmentation, vascular lesions, and skin rejuvenation.
- Advanced experience with Botox®, neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and facial balancing.
- Ability to independently evaluate patients and create comprehensive treatment plans.
- Excellent consultation, communication, and patient relationship skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional aesthetic outcomes and patient experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multiple laser platforms and advanced energy-based technologies.
- Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and treatment regimens.
- Proven ability to build long-term patient relationships and maintain high patient satisfaction.
- Experience working in a high-volume cosmetic dermatology or plastic surgery practice.
