Assistant Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project managers to implement project goals
  • Assign tasks to staff as needed to achieve project objectives
  • Oversee various aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely execution
  • Monitor project goals and confirm they are achievable
  • Coordinate with project leads and managers to maintain schedules and efficiency
  • Assist with procurement of materials and resources necessary for project completion
  • Review project implementation and collect data on execution
  • Support project managers and leads following project completion

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–5 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a history of successful project execution
  • Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively with teams
  • Proven ability to generate and deliver detailed project reports
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for efficient project delivery
