EHS Engineer / Safety Coordinator – Commercial Construction

We are partnered with a growing commercial construction company that is committed to maintaining a strong culture of safety across all job sites. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an EHS Engineer / Safety Coordinator to support and enhance their safety program.

 Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce company-wide safety programs and procedures

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, MOSH, EPA, MDE, and local safety regulations

• Conduct regular job site inspections, audits, and risk assessments

 Key Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance

• Ability to work collaboratively with both field teams and executive leadership

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong investigative and analytical abilities

 Qualifications:

• 3–7+ years of experience in construction safety, EHS, or related field

• Commercial construction experience preferred

• OSHA certifications (OSHA 30+ preferred)

• Degree in Safety, Environmental Health, Construction Management, or related field is a plus
