• 3+ years of real estate litigation and/or transactional experience preferred
• Experience handling disputes, agreements of sale, leases, and related contracts
• Strong writing, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
• Licensed and in good standing (PA)
