What It Takes To Be Qualified

• Licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer (required)
• ~3–5+ years of experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lead with professionalism, empathy, and accountability
• A relationship-driven mindset with a commitment to community involvement
