Sales Assistant – Residential Homebuilding 📍 Lexington, SC

A growing residential homebuilder is actively seeking a Sales Assistant to join their team in the Lexington, SC area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of the homebuilding process from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with homeowners, vendors, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist homeowners with design selections and product choices
• Help coordinate and process change orders
• Support the overall sales and customer experience process
• Schedule appointments with homeowners, vendors, and subcontractors
• Maintain communication and follow-up throughout the building process
• Assist with administrative and coordination tasks related to residential sales and construction

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Professional presentation and customer-facing demeanor
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable and dependable with consistent attendance (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and ability to work well with others
• Stable work history required
• Previous homebuilding or sales assistant experience preferred
• Candidates living near the Lexington, SC area strongly preferred

Compensation:

• $40,000 – $60,000+ depending on experience
