A well-established manufacturer with 49 years of success is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join its team. This opportunity
is ideal for a skilled machinist with strong expertise ins CNC lathe setup and operation, tight-tolerance machining, and producing high-quality

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC lathes (multi-axis experience a plus)
- Perform program edits, verify part dimensions, and adjust tool/work offsets as needed
- Select, preset, and change tooling for various jobs
- Conduct first-article and in-process inspections using precision instruments (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, CMM)
- Read and interpret blueprints, job routers, and GD&T specifications
- Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements
- Ensure equipment is maintained and work area is clean, safe, and efficient
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of CNC lathe machining experience
- Proficient in blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation
- Skilled in G & M code understanding with program editing ability
- Experience machining steel, aluminum, stainless, and exotic alloys
- Proven ability to run complex, tight-tolerance parts independently
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality standards
