Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations
• Lead recruiting and onboarding efforts
• Support employee relations and performance management
• Oversee benefits administration and HR compliance
• Develop and improve HR policies and procedures
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and company initiatives

Qualifications

• Previous HR management experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting both field and office employees is preferred
• Construction or related industry experience is a plus
