Commercial Construction Estimator
Atlanta, GA

A respected Atlanta area General Contractor is looking to add a Commercial Construction Estimator to its team. This is a strong opportunity for an estimator with commercial construction experience who wants to be part of a collaborative preconstruction team.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare estimates for commercial construction projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
• Solicit pricing from subcontractors and vendors
• Review and compare subcontractor bids for accuracy and scope coverage
• Assist with conceptual budgets, hard bids, negotiated work, and value engineering
• Work closely with project managers, superintendents, owners, architects, and trade partners
• Help support a smooth handoff from estimating to operations

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
• Experience with ground-up commercial projects, renovations, or tenant improvements
• Ability to read and understand plans, specs, scopes, and bid documents
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Good communication skills with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Experience with estimating software, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar platforms is a plus
