What You'll Be Doing

• Set up and operate CNC machining equipment, including mills and lathes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and machining specifications.
• Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and adjustments.
• Monitor machining operations to ensure parts meet quality and dimensional requirements.
• Use precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain production quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work alongside an experienced manufacturing team to meet production goals.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience preferred.
• Experience operating CNC mills, lathes, or similar machining equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• A dependable work ethic and interest in building a long-term career.
