A well-regarded Manchester firm needs a Labor & Employment Attorney to represent employers, and they’re hiring ASAP.

What you’ll do:

• Represent employers in labor and employment matters
• Advise clients on workplace policies, compliance, and employment practices
• Negotiate collective bargaining agreements for public employers
• Handle union grievances and labor disputes
• Appear in administrative proceedings
• Defend discrimination, wage and hour, and wrongful termination claims
• Litigate in state and federal courts

What you bring:

• Licensed to practice law in New Hampshire
• Experience in labor and employment law
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and client counseling skills
