Overview: Lead the field execution of commercial/industrial jobs in the Lincoln area, ensuring safety and schedule performance.
Responsibilities:
Direct onsite construction and manage subcontractors.
Maintain daily logs, safety and QC processes.
Coordinate with PMs to meet schedule and budget targets.
Qualifications:
6+ years superintendent experience with a general contractor.
OSHA 30 required.
