Manufacturing Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing:
Develop and optimize SOPs and production processes
Review and approve drawings, specs, and routings
Design and source tools and equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing challenges
Lead training for process improvements
Support prototype development using concurrent engineering methods
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering
3–5 years of relevant experience
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Experience with MRP systems (preferred)
Knowledge of metal fabrication, welding, or coatings is a plus
