Job Title: Remote SBA Lender
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated SBA Lender to join our team. This role is fully remote and focuses on originating, structuring, and closing SBA 7(a) and 504 loans for small business clients nationwide. You will work closely with borrowers, underwriters, and internal teams to deliver a seamless lending experience while meeting production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, originate, and close SBA 7(a) and 504 loans
Build and maintain relationships with small business owners, referral sources, and centers of influence
Analyze financial statements and prepare loan packages for credit approval
Collaborate with underwriting, credit, and closing teams to ensure compliance with SBA guidelines
Maintain an active pipeline and meet production targets
Stay up to date on SBA program changes, lending trends, and industry best practices
Qualifications:
5+ years of SBA lending experience with a proven track record
Strong understanding of SBA 7(a) and 504 program requirements
Ability to analyze business financials and structure complex transactions
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote environment
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
