We’re seeking a producing Market President to lead and grow our presence in the Norman market. This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced commercial banker who thrives on business development, community engagement, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall market strategy and growth for the Norman area, with a strong focus on new commercial loan production and relationship expansion.
Actively develop and maintain a portfolio of high-quality commercial relationships.
Build and foster a positive team culture, supporting the professional growth of employees within the market.
Participate in key hiring decisions and provide input on annual budgeting and performance goals.
Collaborate directly with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and market development.
Represent the bank within the community through networking, events, and partnerships.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in commercial banking or market leadership, ideally with deep connections in or around Norman.
Strong production track record in C&I and CRE lending.
Leadership ability with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
Strong alignment with community banking culture and relationship-based service.
Must have roots in Norman or have lived in the area beyond their time at OU; having attended OU is a plus.
