Responsibilities

  • Handle all phases of litigation, including responsive pleadings, discovery, and fact and plaintiff depositions

  • Assist in developing case strategy and evaluations under shareholder supervision

  • Work with expert witnesses

  • Participate in case negotiations

  • Prepare for and attend mediations

  • Support trial preparation

  • Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
