Senior Air & Ocean Sales Executive

Remote – Anywhere in the USA

Base Salary: $90,000 – $140,000 + Uncapped Commissions

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
  • Sell international air freight, ocean freight, NVOCC services, and related logistics solutions
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Develop strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with company growth objectives
  • Proactively manage and grow an existing customer base
  • Collaborate closely with internal air, ocean, and NVOCC operational teams to ensure service excellence
  • Present value-added transportation solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Increase revenue growth while maintaining strong customer retention
  • Meet and exceed sales activity and performance goals established by leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred (relevant experience may substitute)
  • Minimum 3 years of direct logistics sales experience required
  • Minimum 5 years of logistics/transportation industry experience required
  • Strong background in air freight, ocean freight, and NVOCC services preferred
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to think outside the box
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
