The Associate Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in legal proceedings, drawing up legal documents, and providing advice on legal transactions. The Associate Attorney will also be able to assist in the managing of litigation, involving pleadings, briefs, motions, and other important documents.

 

 

The responsibilities and essential job functions of the Associate Attorney include but are not limited to the following:

 

• Represent clients in court proceedings and legal transactions

 

• Prepare legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, and motions

 

• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients

 

• Remain up-to-date with changes in the legal field

 

• Identify potential legal issues and threats

 

 

The ideal candidate for this Associate Attorney position must have 3+ years of civil litigation experience and a desire to learn family law. They must be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent presentation and communication skills. In addition, the Associate Attorney must be able to take initiative, multitask, and work under pressure.
