Warehouse Supervisor | Growing CPG Manufacturer

gpac is partnering with a confidential, fast-growing CPG manufacturer to hire a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and shipping operations in a high-volume production environment.

This role is ideal for a motivated operations leader who thrives on driving efficiency, leading teams, improving inventory accuracy, and keeping shipments moving on time. You’ll play a key role in warehouse organization, KPI performance, employee development, and maintaining safety and food quality standards across the operation.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5+ years of warehouse, shipping, logistics, or distribution leadership experience
• Background in food manufacturing, pet food, or CPG environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping coordination
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop warehouse teams
• Experience tracking KPIs, inventory reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Forklift operation experience/certification knowledge preferred
• Understanding of GMP, food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, reporting)
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to excel in a fast-moving manufacturing environment
