Position Overview:

Seeking a skilled Real Estate Attorney to join the team of a client firm, specializing in real estate transactions and closings. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of real estate law, have robust transaction experience, and be adept at navigating the complexities of closing processes to ensure successful real estate transactions for clients.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee real estate transactions from inception to closing, including purchase agreements, leases, and financing agreements.
- Conduct thorough due diligence for real estate transactions, including title searches and property inspections.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate documents, such as contracts, leases, and closing statements.
- Facilitate closing processes, including coordinating with lenders, buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction.
- Provide legal advice to clients regarding real estate transactions, zoning, land use, and compliance issues.
- Stay informed on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends impacting real estate transactions.
- Represent clients in real estate disputes when necessary.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in [insert state].
- 3 years of experience in real estate law preferred, particularly in transactions and closings.
- Strong understanding of real estate principles and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
