Commercial Masonry Superintendent
Locations: Charlotte, NC & Charleston, SC
We are working with a growing and well-respected masonry contractor seeking experienced Commercial Masonry Superintendents to take the lead on large-scale, ground-up projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, takes ownership of their jobsite, and can confidently run projects from start to finish.
Take full ownership of commercial masonry projects from mobilization through completion
Lead crews in the field while driving production, quality, and safety
Coordinate closely with general contractors, subs, and vendors to keep projects moving
Maintain and enforce OSHA and company safety standards
Track job progress, productivity, and budgets to ensure successful delivery
Mentor and develop crews while building a strong, accountable team culture
High-rise buildings
Universities and schools
Churches and large institutional projects
5+ years of experience supervising commercial masonry projects (10+ years total experience preferred)
OSHA 30 certification required
Proven ability to run a jobsite independently
Hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to be in the field with the team
Competitive base salary based on experience
Profit sharing (~6% annually once goals are met)
