About the Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing surgical practice near San Francisco. This is a clinic-based role with a strong emphasis on outpatient care. You will work closely with experienced surgeons, supporting patients throughout their care journey in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-operative and post-operative patient visits
Provide patient education, including treatment plans and recovery expectations
Assist with in-office procedures and same-day treatments
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with surgeons and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Support patients undergoing gender-affirming procedures with professionalism, sensitivity, and respect
Qualifications:
Active Physician Assistant license in California (or ability to obtain)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build rapport and provide compassionate patient care
Must be comfortable working with and supporting patients undergoing gender-affirming care
Experience in plastic surgery or gender-affirming care preferred, but not required
